Guarantee*
A 100% refund of purchase price will be issued to the customer if not
completely satisfied with the new instrument. Instrument must be returned
within 5 business days of the shipping document receipt date. Return
shipping charges will be paid by the customer. Customer must receive a
Return Authorization number from VistaPan before returning any merchandise.
A Return Authorization number will not be issued for merchandise which has
been in the possession of the customer for more than 5 days. VistaPan will
not accept any package without our Return Authorization number on it. All
returns must be in original packaging, unused and undamaged.

to special order instruments or pans with customer-specified note patterns.
Accessories are non-returnable. In the event that a pan accessory is
defective, VistaPan reserves the right to replace the item.
Trade-Up Policy
For steel pans we sell, VistaPan offers a 100% trade-in value of your
purchase price towards a new instrument of at least twice that price if
traded in within one year.

Policy

data is not kept on file and is used only to complete the sales transaction.
